Kadisha means " Holy" in Aramaic is nearby the Forest of the Cedars of God (described in ancient works on botany as the oldest tree in the world), and the valley sometimes called Holy Valley, has sheltered Christian monastic communities for many centuries.

A five hours hike during which you get in touch with Holy nature, you rediscover organized wilderness, wild berries, apricots, pomegranate ... hanging from trees only to welcome you, on the way small fountains straight from the earth heart ready to tame your thirst.
